Seeing the kind of world neurodiverse people, can see is actually easier than you think.
Because of the way we process information and the essentially yes/no response often returned. All you need to do is buy a newspaper, local or national. Take two pens, one red and one green.
Everything positive, good, decent and right circle in green.
Everything negative, unjust, unfair and wrong you see circle in red.
I imagine at the end the newspaper will mostly be red. That’s what we can see every day. This is part of the reason (as well as others) for the high suicide rate in our community. Because when you see things as right and wrong, fair or unfair. This world can look really bleak at times, and if you see that as a child it can seem like too steep a mountain to climb. Mainly because you still have so many years of climbing ahead of you.
