Day 1
I want to start by saying a massive thank you to Mike Hind MBE and the team at Mas Body Gym. They are door number 1 on our little advent calendar.
The gym is located at Metcalfe road, in Middlesbrough. To anyone in the community that is interested in going to a gym and live in the area. Mike and the team are a group of really genuine people, personally, we have a lot of respect for what they do. So, if you have additional considerations like proximity, noise etc please do email the team. I am sure they will do all they can to help you feel comfortable and supported.
