I have personally had several issues with their customer service which resulted in me cancelling my contact today. I want to know if this is something other neurodivergent people have faced. The reason I ask is I will be creating a post when I am back and the amount of times I tried to resolve a problem and got nowhere makes me think it's not going to be just me.
I won't be replying to emails sent at the moment until the end of November because I still have some catching up to do with emails in particular. However I will get back to anyone that emails regarding this matter then and give an update on the content of the post then.
