Microphone

Scott Cassie (from Scott Cassie Documentary) is a full time wedding videographer based in Aberdeen.

His wedding videography journey began in 2005, when a friend from college came up with the idea of shooting weddings as a means of funding their film-making aspirations. Scott was quickly hooked, formally establishing his own wedding video business two years later. From there it has grown into a full-time career. Scott says he’s fortunate to be doing a job he loves, and has so much gratitude to each and every client who has booked him over the years.

You may ask why I’m telling you this. Well it’s because after viewing the Worth a Bob announcement video (shot outside) he offered to help me. He came through a few days ago and gave me a wearable microphone to use that I think will help make speaking in videos and podcasts more comfortable. I don’t plan on putting out another written post this week but I will hopefully have a video or two by the end of the week to upload. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but I’m looking forward to trying it out.

Both Jeni and I want to say a huge thank you to Scott for his help. It really means a lot, I’m going to have a play around with it this week, so that I’m used to it, and then record a video at the weekend.

All our best and love

If TV and movies taught me anything it’s that I really have to remember to take off the wearable mic, before going to the toilet.
