Be your own reflection

I want you all to do something for me today, and this applies to everyone.

Stand in front of, or look in a mirror for 1-2 minute(s). Set a timer so you know when the time is up.

Take a look at all the flaws and bits of yourself you don’t like.

Now go and do something for an hour. However, during that time keep this one question in mind.

Who’s eyes was I looking though, were they my own?

Now go back and look again. Realise that “you” may not have been given a chance. Your view was replaced by others.

That there isn’t flaws just a reflection of who you are right now.

That can change but only if you want it to, for you. If not, what you see is absolutely perfect, just the way you are.

Remember be kind to your mind, especially if others haven’t been.
