Advent Day 8

Mylifeautistic advent calendar

Day 8

“Most of my life I’ve looked down, watching my feet kick up small stones as I walked, drifting from day to day, rarely ever looking up.

Even with blue skies above my head, the storms in my mind hid it from view. I want to help the community lift their heads, look up to the sky with hearts filled with hope.

Tomorrows are the blank canvas waiting, life isn’t paint by numbers. See your true self and be your true self.”

Back in April I arranged for a 700 meter infinity symbol to be displayed above Cambridge. I had got in touch with skywriter and world famous pilot Mark Jeffries. That was another project I didn’t think would come together in time, but it did.

It was for autism awareness day, focusing on the community and caregivers. To show that mylifeautistic is in their corner and we are trying to do all we can to support. That we are trying to create a New Life Autistic for everyone in the community.

That’s why I am really proud to say that Mark has arranged for a banner to be hung at Lt. Granaden Airfield, Sandy, in Bedfordshire. Mark was a big part of one of our first projects, and I’m so pleased that he is part of this one too.

All our best and love
